“Kitchen remodeling and floor installation are major projects and for such projects, the rule of thumb is to get at least 3 quotes.

After interviewing 4 contractors, my husband and I unanimously agreed that Leonardo fit the bill. He responded to my post on one of the community FB pages about recommendation for contractors who do modern kitchens. After our initial meeting, we felt good about Leonardo. “Dream kitchen done.....and THANK you sooo much for Leonardo Kitchen team and most specially to Leonardo ( awesome contractor) I took my time to shop and search for the right person and of course with prayers because I had some few past bad experiences with repairs and remodelling before. Plus you hear so many negative stories from promises that are not delivered and the time of completion that was promise is doubled . I inquire with my friends and nieghbors who had upgraded their homes and esp kitchens.

I went to few kitchen design stores who advertise their company via facebook, mail ads etc. First and foremost the design kitchen places prices are sooo outrageous plus they charge at least $500 to design your kitchen and very unfriendly staff.

All I can say is Leonardo is the best. One of the few person who value and respect your time. Punctuality is second to none, detailed and answer your text, phone calls and other issues right away. Work with your budget and coordinate with the rest of his team( tile installer, electrician, cabinet installer ) He leaves the house clean and tidy after each work. There's some issues during the renovation due to items not delivered like pendant lights and microwave but he came back on time once the stuff arrive.

The best part is he finished my dream kitchen a week earlier than expected.
